Lincoln office sold in £9m deal
The Lincoln offices of Anglian Water have been sold in a deal worth almost £9m.
A unnamed investor has snapped up the 58,125 sq ft premises at Enterprise House on Witham Park.
Stephenson Day and RY Partnership acted on behalf of the buyer, with Knight Frank advising the vendor, Aprirose.
Enterprise House is let to Anglian Water until 2031.
