Law firm reveals new East Midlands head of real estate
Law firm, Shakespeare Martineau, has announced a number of senior promotions within its East Midlands real estate team.
Brendan Walsh, who has been a partner in the firm for six years, will be head of the East Midlands team, supported by Louise Ingram and Peter Dilks, head of the teams in Leicester and Nottingham respectively.
Walsh said: “It’s an exciting time for East Midlands real estate, with opportunities in the region being recognised by developers and investors on a national and international stage. Shakespeare Martineau’s real estate team has recently worked on the New Lubbesthorpe settlement, Leicester’s waterside regeneration scheme, the Fosse Retail Park extension and Nottingham’s Eastside regeneration.
