Contractor secures place on facilities management framework

Building specialist J Tomlinson has secured first place on a facilities management framework covering the East and West Midlands.

The Nottingham-based company has been appointed to lot two of the Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) Facilities Management Framework.

The four-year agreement confirms will see the company deliver services including plumbing, heating, fire detection, mechanical and electrical, systems maintenance, electrical testing and lighting protection.

Steve Kirkland, director (repairs and maintenance and facilities management) at J Tomlinson, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to the EEM Facilities Management framework. We look forward to continuing to work closely with EEM and providing best value Hard FM services and expertise to its members, whom – in turn – will benefit from a quick and hassle-free procurement process.”
