On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Leicester’s Lawson-West Solicitors has hired Gagandeep Ghumaan and Rashyl Parmar to its conveyancing team.

Sharon Sangha, the head of residential property at Lawson-West, said: “We are always looking to bring talented people on board. We always have our clients at the forefront of our minds, something that both Gagandeep and Rashyl embody in everything they do.

“Since joining the firm they have already become key members of the team and their excellent work has been acknowledged by both their colleagues and clients. Our residential conveyancing team continues to grow and these appointments strengthen it further.”

Saxilby-based software firm OrderWise has hired ten more people.

The addition of this month’s new starters means that 18 new members of staff have been employed at the company in 2019 so far.

Among the new starters are Steve Hilton, Haider Alzein, Alan Essom and Annie Bey who have been appointed to help strengthen the development of OrderWise Warehouse Robotics Technology.

Meanwhile Andrew Brewer has joined as accounts software advisor and Tony Gittins, Chris Workman and Katie Ball have all joined the team as software trainers.

Gareth Arbourne has joined the company as a web developer along with Tim Discombe who has taken up the post of quality assurance specialist.

David Hallam, managing director of Orderwise, said: “We’re pleased that our robotics technology is generating more jobs locally in Lincolnshire – all of our new employees are welcome additions to what is an extremely busy, yet exciting time for the company.”
