Rolls-Royce to upgrade Trent engines after blade problems

Rolls-Royce says it is accelerating a programme to fix problems associated with its Trent 1000 TEN engines. The Derby manufacturer says it has been working closely with regulatory authorities to establish a plan for inspecting the remaining fleet of aeroplanes using the engine after Singapore Airlines grounded two aeroplanes after concerns over engine trouble.
