Financial advisory firm reveals plans to double workforce

Leicester-based adviser UK Property Finance says it wants to double it workforce this year by hiring 10 new members of staff.

The news comes after a rash of new hires and promotions at the company that has seen managing director appoint Ewan Duncan as business development manager. He has spent the past year working with UK Property Finance and its clients on a variety of challenging projects, while studying for his CeMap qualification.

Meanwhile, Marney Hill has been promoted to head of processing. She will take responsibility for ensuring the team fulfils its obligations.

Luke Hosea has been promoted to sales manager and Chris Tremlett was recently installed as the company’s new marketing manager.

Tremlett said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in marketing which I love and I can still use all the knowledge around the property industry I have learned.”
