Italian street food brand takes a bite out of Nottingham

An Italian street food operator is set to move into Nottingham – its first in the Midlands.

Wolf Italian Street Food is opening at 34 Market Street in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Wolf promises a “ferocious passion for all things Italian”. A statement on its website says: “Our hunger for Italian Street food, and our commitment to use only the freshest ingredients, allows us to deliver a culinary experience that excites. All our dishes are made from scratch in store, and are packed with Italian flavour and goodness.”

The company currently has stores in Boxpark Wembley, Chiswick, Manchester, Reading, and Leeds and offers grab-and-go or sit-in food.

FHP is bringing the freehold investment to the market to include upper floor apartments which it says could either be let out or sold off on a long leasehold basis.

Oliver Marshall of FHP Property Consultants said: “Wolf is a great brand and we’re pleased Nottingham has been chosen for their latest opening. We received strong interest in the property, resulting in six offers and the decision was made to go with Wolf.

“The concept is sure to be a hit on Market Street which has strong footfall throughout the day and evening with it being close to the Market Square, Nottingham Trent University, The Royal Concert Hall, The Cornerhouse and Upper Parliament Street.

“We are expecting the investment sale of the freehold as an income producing investment to receive good interest so I would urge anyone in the market to get in touch.”
