HQ of failed direct mailing business sold

The former Sunline buildings

The former Loughborough premises of failed direct mail business Sunline Direct have been sold.

Three warehouse and factory premises with office space are available for sale in Loughborough through commercial property firm Mather Jamie, following the closure of Sunline last year.

The company blamed the introduction of GDPR earlier this year for going under.

The company’s former head offices, on Cotton Way and Weldon Road in the industrial area in the north of the town, cover more than 50,000 sq ft over three sites.

Alex Reid, director of Mather Jamie, said: “This trio of large, well-located properties offer plenty of space, modern facilities and excellent transport links, making each site an attractive proposition to growing logistics and warehousing firms, whether rented separately or together.”
