New lettings company lands student accommodation job

Residential lettings company Monkey vs Owl (MOVO) has been appointed to market resideential space at Abbey Lodge – a new student village close to Derby city centre.

MOVO will be pushing the newly-renovated accommodation in Lonsdale Place off Uttoxeter New Road for short-term summer lets and then for the new academic year in September 2019.

MOVO sales director James Lomas said: “Our local knowledge and contacts make us the ideal choice to market the high quality and affordable accommodation and facilities at Abbey Lodge Student Village.

“The central location makes it ideal for students based at the University of Derby campuses, Royal Derby Hospital and indeed Nottingham due to the fast and efficient bus and rail links between the cities.
