Taking inspiration from many visits to Barcelona and a passion for ‘tapas culture’, long-standing dreams of launching a tapas business were realised in 2010 with the opening of escabeche in West Bridgford. This success was followed by the launch of baresca in 2015 and there are ambitious growth plans in place for the next five years.

Before entering the world of hospitality Jon was project manager at Rolls-Royce , Airlines division, following completion of a Mech Eng degree at the University of Leeds.

Join us at this exclusive event to get a very unique perspective on where the restaurant sector is heading next.
