In Nottingham, Frontline has hired Alex Menz as permanent consultant and Shanay Gordon as payroll administrator.

Meanwhile, Reece Chapman joins Frontline in the Derby offices as account Manager, Maisy Clarke joins the Mansfield team as a permanent consultant and, in Leicester, Alice Talbot also joins as a permanent consultant.

“Already, our five new recruits are making waves in the local market by responding to our clients’ needs and we’re confident this kind of service will lead to further growth for us – and, just as importantly, those who rely on us day and night.

“The last 18 months have been a fantastic period of growth for Frontline, and I’m sure that Alex, Shanay, Maisy, Reece and Alice will play a big part in ensuring that we remain the number one choice for recruitment in the East Midlands.”

Tom Wilson and Nikki Rolls

Mansfield BID (Business Improvement District) has appointed a new support officer to join the town centre-based team.

Tom Wilson is a former security guard and prison officer, and he has also been a special constable with the police force.

His role, alongside that of colleague Dave Dowson, is to help co-ordinate crime prevention in Mansfield town centre, often acting as liaison between businesses, local authorities, the police and members of the public.

Wilson said: “I’ve known about the BID for some time and know the important work that they do. I saw the job advertised and I thought it was a natural progression for me to use my skills and experience. It’s a challenging role but one I am really looking forward to.”

Nikki Rolls, BID chief executive, said: “It’s great to welcome Tom to team BID and I know he will bring a wealth of knowledge to a very important, and people-focused, role. He’s experienced in communicating with a range of people, and this is a vital aspect of the job.”
