Air-conditioning firm moves to new HQ

NG Chartered Surveyors has brokered a deal to let a Nottingham light industrial unit to a wholesaler of air conditioning parts and systems.

ACR Supplies has moved into the 5,814 sq ft Unit 4 on the Eldon Road Trading Estate in Attenborough in a deal that was completed after just four weeks of the property hitting the market.

NG acted on for a private landlord on the deal.
