Fund services firm appoints high-profile NED

Anna Troup

Nottingham-based independent fund administration service provider T Bailey Fund Services (TBFS) has appointed experienced governance professional Anna Troup to its Board of directors.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the asset management sector, Troup is joining the Nottingham-based business as an independent non-executive director.

Troup previously headed up Legal & General Investment Management’s UK Bespoke Solutions. She also played an integral role at BlueBay AM, building the company’s emerging markets business and launching new funds and products for different global markets.

The news follows the recent appointment of Mike Hughes as chairman.

Helen Stevens, TBFS chief executive officer, said: “During her career Anna has proven herself and has an excellent track record. She’s created and led the strategy for generating growth at firms of many different sizes, also adapting processes and policy following the introduction of new regulations. We’re delighted to have her insight and expertise on our board.”

Troup said: “I am excited at the prospect of being involved with a small growing business in the financial services sector, which is still independently owned and which has such a strong stated commitment to client service excellence and satisfaction.”
