Marketing and branding agency to create 40 jobs

Marketing and branding agency Champions (UK) has told TheBusinessDesk.com that it will create 40 jobs at its Leicestershire headquarters over the next 12 months.

The firm is putting the finishing touches to a 3,000 sq ft extension to its Costock head office that will see a £1m investment in redeveloping unused outbuildings into a digital and media suite.

The firm says it also has plans to grow the company to a £100m turnover firm over coming years. The pledge comes after Champions increased its turnover from £17.4m in 2017 to £30.1m last year, with profits almost doubling to £1.9m.

Champions already employs around 100 people in Costock. The news jobs will created in the company’s PR, outreach, web build and app development functions.
