Former haulage yard to be turned into 40 homes

How the new scheme will look

Some 40 homes are set to be built in a south Lincolnshire town after Kaplan Property Group (KPG) secured planning permission to transform a former haulage yard into a residential development.

The scheme will include a mixture of two-storey housing providing 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom homes for rent or shared ownerships.

Michael Gisborne, property director at KPG said the scheme had been designed in close conjunction with South Holland District Council (SHDC). Geda Construction has been named as principal contractor.

Gisborne added: “The district of South Holland represents an important location to KPG and we will continue to work closely with the local authority to aid delivery of our wider programme commitments. It is critical for us to identify and respond to location specific requirements.

“We are pleased to have handed construction to principle contractor Geda Construction, ensuring delivery of high quality and much needed homes for the community of South Holland. Details of our other projects within South Holland will be announced shortly.”
