A firm of engineering consultants has moved to a new office in Nottingham city centre.

Formed in 2016 by directors Garry Tunstall, Peter Smith and Stephen King, TSK employs 14 people. The company has moved to 29 Stoney Street in the city’s Creative Quarter. The firm has relocated from its previous offices in Beeston.

The move to the 1,334 sq ft office was brokered by Nottingham-based commercial property agent FHP.

TSK is currently working on a number of high-profile projects including the The Waterside scheme at Trent Bridge, a landmark student accommodation development adjacent to Sneinton Market, the residential scheme at Trivett Square in the heart of the Lace Market, the regeneration of Beeston town centre and a YMCA Sports and Community Village in Newark. Collectively, TSK says it is working on schemes with a construction value in excess of £90m within Nottinghamshire.

Director Stephen King, said: “Myself and the team are excited to be in our new office which looks fantastic but also meet the needs of a growing firm. It has always been our intention to be based in Nottingham city centre as part of our growth plans and we’ve have had our sights set on the creative quarter as the area perfectly suits the business.

“As a team we are growing organically, and the new office can accommodate up to 20 employees which is where we aim to be in the next few years as we continue to employ talented professionals.

Thomas Szymkiw, surveyor at FHP, said: “I was pleased to assist the team at TSK with their search for a new office. After viewing several options in the Lace Market, I was pleased that 29 Stoney Street was the one that ticked all of the boxes for them. It’s an impressive space and I wish them all the best there.”
