World Cup woes as fans left queuing outside Trent Bridge

The organisers of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup have issued an apology to fans who were left queuing outside Trent Bridge when the West Bridge vs Pakistan tie had already started. Long queues were still seen outside Trent Bridge as late as 11.30am on Friday (31 May) - something that the organisers put down to "a high volume of ticket collections".
