A Nottingham city centre restaurant could be turned into 15 apartments, TheBusinessDesk.com understands.

A company called Green4Developments wants to turn the Dancing Dragon restaurant and its upper floors on 103-105 Derby Road into flats.

The developer says it wants to bring forward a ‘careful and sympathetic’ redevelopment of the 19th Century building.

A planning statement from Green4Architects states: “[The scheme] aims to create a new sustainable neighbourhood with a distinct identity and character, but one that is capable of integrating with the existing.

” This is design for change, a change for better, that will promotehealthy lifestyles and create a safe and inclusive place to live.”
