Restaurant lands Hall of Fame status

Fine dining restaurant Anoki has landed a prestigious industry title after all three restaurants were inducted into TripAdvisor’s coveted Hall of Fame.

The restaurants in Derby, Nottingham and Burton have received the accolade after being awarded the Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.

Now in its ninth year, The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality businesses that are consistently excellent – having earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. This designation is only presented to around 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor.

To achieve a Certificate of Excellence, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five and have a minimum number of reviews on TripAdvisor, which attracts 41.6 million users each month and features 760 million reviews of hotels and restaurants.

Anoki owner Naveed Khaliq said: “To be awarded a place in the 2019 Hall of Fame is an incredible achievement for Anoki and proves just how much our valued customers enjoy the Anoki experience.

“There is no greater accolade than being recognised by our diners – and as the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is based on guest reviews, this accolade is a remarkable vote of confidence in our continued commitment to excellence.

“We would like to thank each and every one of our guests for helping us to achieve such a prestigious award.”

Anoki also received the Hall of Fame accolade in 2015, the only other time that TripAdvisor has presented this type of award, meaning Anoki has maintained an overall rating of at least four out of five since 2011.
