Nottingham-based WiFi and networking firm Performance Networks is set to create five jobs.

The company, set up by directors Will Evans and David Ballard in 2012, works with cliens including the University of Nottingham and Best Western Hotels.

In addition to the new positions which include technical support roles, an account manager and a pre-sales engineer, Performance Networks has added a new apprentice to join its Technical Support team. Alex Lee started his apprenticeship with the company in May after taking a graphic design course for a year at a local college.

Evans said: “After experiencing such a tremendous 2018, we’re thrilled that we are now in a strong position to be able to start our recruitment drive. We see this as our catalyst for continuous growth over the next 12 months and we’re looking forward to welcoming new members to our expanding team.”
