Derby aerospace supplier wins multimillion-pound deals with global player

Gardner Aerospace, the Derby supplier of aerospace detailed parts and sub-assemblies, has won three new business deals with GKN Aerospace.

Gardner Aerospace will now supply GKN Aerospace with engine pylon secondary structure sub-assemblies. Work on the project will be carried out at the company’s facilities in Derby and Hull, Mazères (France), Mielec and Tczew (both Poland). It will also supply GKN with shroud box sub-assemblies with the work due to take place at Gardner’s facilities in Derby, Mielec and Tczew as well as wingtip and winglet navigation light housings out of its Mazeres and Tczew operations.
