Contractor named on £30m Nottingham residential scheme

How the new scheme will look

Elevate Property Group, the developer behind a new waterside residential project in Nottingham, has appointed contractors nmcn to build Phase 1 of Trent Bridge Quays.

Work will start in July on the construction of 95 townhouses and apartments on the banks of the River Trent on Elevate’s first project in the East Midlands in a £30m-plus joint venture with Investin plc.

Phase 1 of Trent Bridge Quays includes of a range of three storey townhouses, all with terraces either to the front or rear, and apartments in large blocks flanking the River Trent and Meadow Lane.

There will also be commercial opportunities with 5,690 sq ft on Meadow Lane and 2,949 sq ft right next to Tinkers Lock on the canal.

Phase 2 on the adjoining Milk and More yard, which Elevate acquired in late 2017, will provide a further 60 homes, subject to planning permission.

Established in 1946, nmcn is a listed construction company with its headquarters in Sutton-in-Ashfield, employing over 1,800 people on projects nationwide.

Elevate property group have appointed FHP living as sole agent to sell the properties through its Waterside Living department.
