The MWH team

A leading water and wastewater solution providers has set up a new regional office at Cardinal Square, Derby.

MWH Treatment, which provides design and construction services to water and wastewater markets, has relocated its Midlands regional office from Raynesway, to the 2,719 sq ft ofice at Cardinal Square.

MWH Treatment works with companies such as Severn Trent Water, Southern Water, Scottish Water, United Utilities, Thames Water and Anglian Water and employs more than 800 employees across the UK.

Paul Hodgson, programme Manager at MWH Treatment, said: “We were very impressed with the quality of the office accommodation and facilities available at Cardinal Square, along with its excellent location close to the city centre and Derby’s principal road links.

“Our team have enjoyed joining the rest of the business community working at Cardinal Square.”

David Dyas, asset manager for Cardinal Square, added: “MWH Treatment required office space for 25 desks within a lead time of just four weeks. We were comfortably able to meet this deadline, agreeing legals and providing the required connectivity within this tight time constraint.

“Cardinal Square has always been a very popular office development, but since our refurbishment programme was launched, it is attracting more and more local, regional and national operations who are keen to take advantage of the high specification office space and facilities that are on offer here.”
