Homes scheme set to come to Derbyshire village

Plans for the development have received the go-ahead

Land agents at Harris Lamb are marketing a three-acre site in Derbyshire with outline planning permission for ten new homes.

The unused land parcel is in the village of Stanton by Dale. Erewash Borough Council has given the site outline planning permission for ten new homes.

James Willcock of the residential land team said: “This is a beautiful, picturesque village located halfway between Derby and Nottingham and benefits from a host of local amenities including a playground, a village hall, a couple of popular pubs and a golf club.

“It’s a very desirable spot, and with permission for new-build luxury properties, we think it will appeal to a number of bespoke housebuilders keen to redevelop the site and bring an up-market opportunity to an already stunning area.”
