Plans revealed for new office scheme aimed at creative sector

How the new offices might look

A new office development aimed at firm operating in the creative sector could be built in Leicester.

Leicester-based Feldmann Architects has submitted plans for a four-storey office building for 2-6 Pocklingtons Walk.

A statement from Feldmann reads: “We have submitted a planning application for an office development in Leicester, close to the Richard III Visitor Centre and Leicester Cathedral. The proposal will create open-plan office space ideal for digital start-ups in the growing creative technology sector and bring a neglected service yard in a conservation area back into active use.”

Feldmann Architects have won a number of awards from the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Nils Feldmann set up Feldmann Architects after 20 years of working as a registered architect in London, Hamburg and Nottingham.
