A speculative industrial scheme in Lincoln – which could create up to 450 jobs – has secured its first tenant. Padley, which is developing Bishops Trade Park, is delighted to report that it has secured its first tenant, Toolstation, which is taking 3,085 sq ft of space in Phase A. The size of the total development is projected to be in excess of 175,000 sq ft. The firm’s move is expected to create six to eight new jobs.
