Blueprint submits plans for next Meadows project

East Midlands developer Blueprint has submitted plans for its second development in the Meadows area of Nottingham.

Blueprint wants to build 25 homes on the site of the former Trent Works, an engineering site which was demolished some years ago.

Blueprint is planning to build 13 3-bedroom and eight 2-bedroom houses as well as three 2-bedroom and one 1-bedroom flats, with prices ranging from £165,000 to £300,000.

The new development, on the corner of Wilford Crescent East and Felton Road will followin the footsteps of Blueprint’s successful Green Street and Hobart & Pitcairn schemes in the Meadows and will be designed by Marsh:Grochowski architects of Nottingham.

Nick Ebbs, chief executive of Blueprint. said: “This is a fantastic site. We know the area well and have always believed it is a great place to live. Buying the Trent Works site enables us to provide more contemporary, low energy, design-focused homes and gives another opportunity to purchasers who might have missed out on our other Meadows projects.”
