Double trouble heading for Nottingham Hot Property

Ashley and Chris

With less than one week to go until this year’s Nottingham Hot Property event kicks off, the city’s comedic double act and property professionals – Chris White and Ashley Cowdrey – are getting ready to take the stage as the evening’s comperes. The dynamic duo will help the night run smoothly, introducing acts and providing some light hearted laughs in between.

Chris, project director at CPMG Architects, said: “Really the focus is going to be on the acts, they’ve all rehearsed really hard for this event and we want the night to be about them and their talents. We’re going to have a laugh, but we’ll be keeping it fairly low key.”

Couch Perry Wilkes director Ashley said: “Hot Property is always a great networking event for us and our colleagues. We’ve attended every year since the event began running, it’s a good chance to let our hair down and enjoy some top class entertainment.”

Both CPMG and Couch Perry Wilkes have sponsored Hot Property in previous years, but this is the first time either of the pair will appear on stage. Ashley said:

“We’ve always been bowled over by Hot Property – the standard of the performances, the atmosphere on the night and the money it raises for good causes. Sponsoring the event was a no-brainer, but now we’re looking forward to getting in on the action on stage.”

Chris said: “I wish I could sing or play an instrument as well as the guys performing, but unfortunately it’s just not the case! Compering is my way of being part of the night.”

Hot Property 2016’s sponsors are at the heart of all the proceedings, alongside Pulse Associates there are ten other sponsors, including: engineering and construction consultancies Millward, Pulse Associates and BSP Consulting, as well as project management firm Faithful and Gould, engineering company Couch Perry Wilkes and architecture firms CPMG Architects and DL Design Studio. Joining these will be the event’s media partner The Business Desk. Cleggs Solicitors, PR agency Cartwright Communications, design agency Blimey Creative and design and print company Chameleon.

Standard tickets for this year’s event will cost £25. For more information about Hot Property, how you can become a sponsor or get on the gig list, contact Max Kwan at mkwan@rhdevelopments.com or visit https://www.nottinghamhotproperty.com/
