One giant leap for Armstrong Logistics…

Hinckley-based logistics firm, Armstrong Logistics, has joined forces with European palletised freight network Pall-Ex, founded by renowned entrepreneur Hilary Devey CBE.

Armstrong Logistics will be providing network services throughout the Doncaster postcode area following a recent northern reshuffle, as it looks to expand its business through the Pall-Ex network by offering additional services to its customers.

The logistics firm has a 50-strong fleet of vehicles across its three UK warehouses and is already an approved logistics partner with supermarket chain Aldi.

Transport manager Richard Cooper said: “Joining Pall-Ex was a logical decision for the company as we look to take our business to the next level, through the development of new partnerships and improved customer service for our current clients.

“This new membership agreement will allow us to access new areas on the continent that were previously unreachable, reducing costs for the business and our customers.”

Pall-Ex director of network services, Sue Hodgson, added: “Armstrong Logistics will play an instrumental role in the development of the Pall-Ex network, both in the UK and internationally. I look forward to seeing the businesses utilise the network to fuel business growth and improve service quality.”
