Retail expert steps up at Innes England

Innes England has promoted associate director, Ben Taylor, to director.

Taylor has worked at the commercial property consultancy since 2011, where he initially headed up its retail agency team in Nottingham.

He said: “I’m delighted to have been given this opportunity to progress. The retail scene is constantly changing, and with a remit that covers not only the East Midlands, it makes for an active and highly rewarding job.

“During my time at Innes England I have enjoyed working with our many existing clients as well as attracting new ones, both on the landlord and occupier sides.

“Becoming a director within the agency team, brings with it a real sense of pride, as you become a figurehead of the firm. I am proud to have stepped into this role and look forward to the work and challenges ahead.”
