Managing director by day, guitarist by night, Dave Sumner of BSP Consulting is looking forward to performing at Nottingham Hot Property next month (10 November).  Between rehearsals we spoke to Dave to find out more about what makes Hot Property special and why he is a sponsor.

Dave said: “This is our third year sponsoring Hot Property and my third year performing too! It’s such a unique event, offering something completely different to other construction sector events. Our tickets are available to our staff on a first come first served basis – as there are so many people who want to come along! Hot Property is a really good night out, not only for our staff but also for our clients too.
“Being a sponsor is a no-brainer to us, as not only is it a great social event but is an event which raises money for commendable local charities. This year’s charity WYWUAS is a fantastic cause and I am proud to be part of an event supporting its amazing work across the region.

“I am always a little nervous before performing at Hot Property, but it’s a real thrill to perform on a stage to hundreds of people! Being an avid music fan, it’s surreal to be performing at an event like Hot Property – which is ran by professionals for professionals, but still incredible fun.”

BSP Consulting is an award-winning civil and structural engineering firm offering services throughout the construction sector.

Hot Property 2016’s sponsors are at the heart of all the proceedings, alongside Pulse Associates there are ten other sponsors, including: engineering and construction consultancies Millward, Pulse Associates and BSP Consulting, as well as project management firm Faithful and Gould, engineering company Couch Perry Wilkes and architecture firms CPMG Architects and DL Design Studio. Joining these will be the event’s media partner The Business Desk. Cleggs Solicitors, PR agency Cartwright Communications, design agency Blimey Creative and design and print company Chameleon.

Standard tickets for this year’s event will cost £25. For more information about Hot Property, how you can become a sponsor or get on the gig list, contact Max Kwan at mkwan@rhdevelopments.com or visit https://www.nottinghamhotproperty.com/
