Two firms get green light for Amber Business Centre move

Two firms have moved into the Amber Business Centre in Riddings, Alfreton.

The 700 sq ft Unit 17.1 has been let to Central Hydraulics on a five year lease, while the 2,906 sq ft Unit 15.13 has been let to Automatic Refreshments.

Bot deals were brokered by FHP.
