Employment Lawyer – Manchester
This firm is a real breath of fresh air in the local market. Having established itself fairly recently, its growth has been impressive and above all, organic. There has been no overreaching or growth for the sake of it. Work demands and client needs have driven growth which in the climate the business world has experienced over the past couple of years is a fantastic achievement.
It is testament to the inventiveness, entrepreneurial approach and just sheer niceness of the firm and the team. They have impressed on the client service delivery side and worked as key trusted advisers.
I realise I’ve launched into a sell without thinking about YOUR needs. Well, in part its because I hope that the dynamism this firm has shown will, in fact, be something you are looking for.
The Employment team is now well established and has a firm foothold working with OMB and SME clients (and larger business) but key is their ability to act as business lawyers assisting in a whole range of matters throughout their clients life.
As part of strategic growth plans, the firm is now looking to hire an experienced respondent employment solicitor.
There will be a good level of responsibility and involvement in work and so a certain degree of experience and ability to act with autonomy is preferred. It is why the natural preference is for someone with upwards of 4 years PQE.
There is no silo mentality and you will be encouraged to take ownership of work and clients and in turn promoted to attract your own work and clients. An appetite for business development is a must but you won’t suffer the frustration of not being supported in that endeavour. Everyone in the firm does it so you’l have a great team around you all pulling in the same direction.
This is a really refreshing alternative with well thought out ambitions.
If you have solid respondent employment experience whether in house or in private practice then we are interested in hearing from you. This is a firm with a great story to tell and an even greater story to come. If you are interested in finding out more then please send us your CV or contact Paul Warburton for a confidential discussion.
