Insolvency Solicitor – Senior Role
Insolvency Solicitor – Senior level
Our client is a long-standing and highly successful regional firm that has experience steady growth over the past couple of years. It has continued to invest in its people and nurture its ambition to be one of the go to commercial practices in the North West.
The firm has a well developed corporate, commercial, litigation and real estate practice alongside other niche areas such as real estate finance.
Where it has lacked weight in the past (and represents the motivations to grow now) is within insolvency.
Across the depth of experience the firm has it already undertakes a blend of contentious and non-contentious work including corporate restructurings, insolvencies, bankruptcies, administrations and LPA appointments but ideally they would wish to engage someone with a pure insolvency background that would harbour the ambition to not only take on the existing work but to look to grow the practice area.
It is probably obvious that the nature of the role requires a certain degree of seniority and so instinctively the feeling is that you would need to have upwards of 5 years PQE experience within an insolvency specific role.
If you feel that you match those requirements and are interested in a role that can afford the freedom to influence and direct the growth of that practice area then we would love to speak with you.
