Michelin star chef to open restaurant at Grade I-listed venue
One of the UK’s best-known chefs has agreed terms to open a fine-dining restaurant in one of Coventry’s most historic buildings.
Glynn Purnell, who holds a Michelin star at his eponymous restaurant in Birmingham, is planning to open his third eatery at the Charterhouse in Coventry.
