LEADERSHIP and human resources consultancy SFL, based in Homes Chapel, has increased its turnover by 24% over the last year, and predicts a further boost as the private sector starts to regain its strength.

Turnover for the year to the end of March 2009 hit £1.82m, up from £1.47m a year earlier.
