PENNINE Telecom, the Bury-based telecoms company, has bought Burnley telephone systems business PAS Partnership for an undisclosed sum.

The deal sees PAS Partnership’s founder and managing director Stephen Dodgson joining Pennine where his responsibilities will include the integration and management of his company’s former corporate client base of more than 50 companies concentrated along the M65 corridor.
