NW hearing aid retailer rescued

A TROUBLED North West hearing aid company has been rescued from administration.Southport-based Hearsavers, which operated 57 hearing aid pods in Matalan stores, has been bought by Cardiff-based DHAIS for £100,000.Hearsavers, which has 13 staff , achieved turnover of £1.5m in the year to March 31 but posted losses of £500,000.Plus-listed DHAIS believes that it can bring the business to profitability by implementing a restructuring programme.Steve Wilkinson and Mark Harwood, the two directors of Hearsaver......for the full story register now for free or login below...
