Liverpool's Echo Arena has unveiled a new layout known as EchoTwo which allows it to shrink the smaller end of the venue from 10,000 to 4,000 seats.When built in the run-up to its Capital of Culture 2008, the arena was constructed with the capaiblity of retracting its main space towards the larger 'D' end of the building, but until recently this had only been used for a handful of events.Echo Arena General Manager Tim Banfield said: “The new layout will enable us to bring even more top acts to the city.
