A TECHNOLOGY company has defied the doom and gloom and opened a state-of-the-art headquarters in Runcorn.

Progressive Solutions invited former government minister Stephen Norris to unveil the 7,500 sq ft two-story office block at the Heath Business and Technical Park after it outgrew its existing premises.
