Anvic reopens top floor of Piccadilly House

COMMERCIAL property firm Anvic Developments has said that the top floor of its Piccadilly House project in central Manchester is set to open next week.

Anvic is in the process of completing a £3m redevelopment of the property, which now contains 30,000 sq ft of property over six floors.

The new sixth floor contains serviced offices with meeting rooms and offers views overlooking Piccadilly Gardens and nearby Portland Street.

Paul Dawson, managing director of Anvic Developments, said that its proximity to Piccadilly Station also made the building attractive to those looking tpo open a North West base: “Piccadilly House is perfectly situated – its M1 postcode position makes it the ideal business location. 

“The facilities are about more than location though – it’s a listed building and we’ve stylishly refurbished it to the highest possible specification.

“We’ve already had plenty of enquiries from businesses in media, recruitment and professional services who want to reap the benefits of such a prestigious city centre presence.”

Anvic now has two converted mill buildings in Burnley, Lancashire – Northbridge House and Lodge House, as well as its two Manchester facilities, Piccadilly House and City View House.
