THE redevelopment of Stockport's art deco plaza theature was named as building project of the year at the Royal Institution of Surveyors' North West Awards last night.The project was also one of nine category winners at the awards event, which took place at The Point exhibition centre at Lancashire County Cricket Club in Old Trafford last night.
