BARRISTER Scott Donovan, head of Liverpool’s Atlantic Chambers, has been appointed Chair of the University of Liverpool’s Committee on Research Ethics. (CORE)He takes over the position from senior academic Dr Nirmala Pillay, until the end of 2013.
The CORE committee is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the ethics of research involving humans as participants, carried out by academic staff and students of the University of Liverpool.
