SERVICED office business Your Space is asking unsecured creditors, owed £5.5m, to waive a large portion of the debt as part of a recovery plan.

The AIM-quoted business, based in Liverpool, is hoping to strike a deal through a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) in a bid to avoid administration.
