MANCHESTER public relations firm Tangerine PR has acquired Juice Digital. 

Stockport-based Juice, a social media specialist led by Steve Downes, will become a division of Tangerine and keep its name. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Sandy Lindsay, Tangerine’s group managing director, said the deal would give the firm greater depth and experience.
