THE establishment of a creative hub in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle has moved a step closer with tenders for refurbishment contracts worth £2.25m being sought for the first two phases of redevelopment.The scheme is being run by Baltic Creative, a newly-formed "community interest company" set up specifically for the project.It will see four industrial buildings off Jamaica Street refurbished to house more than 60 creative and digital businesses with employees of up to 30 employees.The first pilot phase of development wil......for the full story register now for free or login below...
