CONSTRUCTION and engineering group Heyrod saw turnover and profits collapse in the face of the credit crunch and recession, newly-filed accounts reveal.The privately-owned business, based in Chadderton, saw turnover slump 60% from a record £90.9m in 2008 to just £39m, while profits which last year stood at £11.3m fell to £897,479.In line with the steep fall in income Heyrod, which has worked on some of the North West's most recognisable projects such as the construction of the City of Manchester Stadium, and......for the full story register now for free or login below...
