PEEL has submitted what it says is the largest planning application in the UK for the East Float part of its £4.5bn Wirral Waters scheme.

East Float will provide 1.4m sq m of mixed-use floor space in the Birkenhead Docks.

The regeneration project, which is expected to be delivered over the next few decades, will provide office/workshop accommodation to support more than 20,000 jobs in a range of commercial sectors.  It will also include more than 13,000 homes plus leisure and culture facilities.  ......for the full story register now for free or login below...
