Evander buys Chorley BAE site

Revolution Park, Chorley
A 25-acre former BAE Systems site in Chorley has been acquired by a London property developer and the British Airways pension fund.
Evander Properties said the land at Revolution Park had been fully remediated and it will seek to build up to 375,000 sq ft of warehouse and industrial space.
It expects to submit a planning application to Chorley Borough Council shortly.
