AN EMPLOYMENT law specialist is launching a mock tribunal service for business owners.

Eccles-based Employment Law Advisory Services (ELAS) wants the interactive tribunals to give employers a first-hand opportunity to experience the tribunal process within a controlled environment.

Each of the mock tribunals will be based around real cases that have been heard in court.
